RiskThinking.ai has launched the Climate Risk Commons, providing non-commercial researchers free access to their physical climate-risk engine. The initiative includes open frameworks, reference pipelines, and tools for advanced risk modeling, asset-level exposure analysis, and next-generation CMIP7 stress testing.

Idriss Duramany Koromah is the Executive Director of Coastal Communities for Mangrove Protection – Sierra Leone (CCMP-SL), leading mangrove restoration, coastal resilience, and women’s livelihood initiatives across more than 50 coastal communities. Holding an MSc in Rural Development and Natural Resource Management from SLU in Sweden, he brings expertise in nature-based solutions, FPIC-based community engagement, and Verra VCS+CCB certified blue carbon finance. Idriss is now joining the Climate Change AI community to explore how AI can advance satellite-based mangrove monitoring, enhance blue carbon MRV, and make community-generated field data accessible to funders while preserving local ownership.
