Speaker instructions

Oral presentations

• Regular oral presentation slots are 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions and setup. For details, see the schedule.
• You are welcome to use your own computer. Each presenter are expected to make sure the presentation is loaded on a working computer by the start of their session. There will be a laptop available that can be borrowed for presentations. Talk to the session chair if you need to borrow the computer.

Poster presentations

• Posters should be A0 portrait mode. Pins will be available at the venue.
• At 8:30, doors will be open and you can put up your poster.
